Namita Koppa

Senior Consultant

Raised in Irmo, South Carolina, Namita Koppa brings over 20 years of experience leading and facilitating strategic initiatives in higher education, international development, local government, and health care organizations. Most recently, she served as Project Manager for the South Carolina Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center, where she led the implementation of community engagement strategies that resulted in more than 1,300 assistance requests fulfilled and over $500,000 in grant funding awarded to community-based clients within
just 15 months.

Namita has built a career solving complex problems in real world settings. Her ability to translate big ideas into practical, people-centered solutions allows her to move easily between strategy, implementation, and community engagement. With
strong analytical and facilitation skills, she brings clarity, speed, and empathy to her professional pursuits.

She is a proud graduate of Duke University, where she earned a B.A. in Environmental Science & Policy and a minor in Dance as a Benjamin N. Duke Leadership Scholar. She also holds an M.A. in Development Studies as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar to the United Kingdom.
