Kenneth Glover is a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience leading community engagement and intergovernmental affairs programs in South Carolina communities. He has experience leading energy efficiency programs across the Palmetto State, including nearly 200 home energy audits and weatherization projects for rural electric cooperatives in the South Carolina Midlands and Lowcountry, and implementing a bill financing pilot program for energy efficiency retrofits.

At Watershed, he served as the lead navigator for a national clean energy community impact pilot project. In addition, Ken has served in regional management roles on multiple electoral and advocacy campaigns at the local, state, and national levels. He resides in Orangeburg, SC with his family.
