Jessica Lathren has over 20 years of experience working in marketing and communications for a variety of organizations from global technology corporations to South Carolina-based small businesses. Her extensive background in muti-channel marketing allows Jessica to provide thoughtful insights that help clients effectively meet their business goals. Over the last 7 years, Jessica has extended her business experience and project management skills to politics, serving as campaign manager for a number of partisan and non-partisan races and helping political hopefuls find their voice through well-crafted branding and authentic messaging.

At Watershed Consulting Group, Jessica is focused on public affairs work, grant development, and communications, with special interests in diversification of South Carolina boards and commissions, clean energy projects, and meeting the economic development needs of rural communities. An honor graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, Jessica resides in Columbia, SC with her family.
